If you forget to take your Believe capsule on a day, it’s not a tragedy as long as it doesn’t happen regularly. You can take the Believe capsule again as usual the following day and do not have to make up for the missed daily dose.
Important: If you are also taking the Calcium Vital Swallow tablets or the Calcium Chew chewable tablets, take them at a different time than your Believe capsule, as calcium inhibits the absorption of iron. You should wait at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablet/Calcium Chew Chewable Tablet and the Believe capsule so that your body has enough time to properly absorb the iron contained in the Believe capsule.
How should ELAN Believe capsules be stored?
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of small children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
