What is the recommended dosage and the correct time to take ELAN Believe chewable tablets and Ferro-Vital oral tablets?
Take 1 Believe chewable tablet and 1 Ferro-Vital swallow tablet per day, preferably before or during dinner. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive consumption of Believe chewable tablets may have a laxative effect. The Believe chewable tablet can be taken at the same time as the Ferro-Vital swallowing tablet.
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Both the Believe chewable tablets and the Ferro-Vital swallowable tablets exceed the recommended daily allowance of a number of vitamins and minerals or iron for an adult. Therefore, you should only take them on the advice of your doctor or therapist. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose of Ferro-Vital swallowable tablets. If you forget to take your Believe chewable tablet and/or Ferro-Vital swallow tablet in one day, it is not a tragedy as long as it does not occur regularly. You can take the Believe chewable tablet and/or the Ferro-Vital swallow tablet as usual the following day and do not have to make up for the missed daily dose.
Important: If you are also taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablets or the Calcium Chew Chewable Tablets, take them at a different time than your Believe Chewable Tablet and your Ferro Vital Swallow Tablet, as calcium inhibits the absorption of iron. You should wait at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablet/Calcium Chew Chewable Tablet and the Believe Capsule together with the Ferro Vital Swallowable Tablet so that your body has enough time to properly absorb the iron contained in the Ferro Vital Swallowable Tablet.
How should ELAN Believe chewable tablets and Ferro-Vital swallowable tablets be stored?
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of small children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
