What is the recommended dosage and the right time to take ELAN Compass capsules?

Take 1 Compass capsule per day, preferably before or during dinner. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free beverage. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. One Compass capsule exceeds the recommended daily allowance of a number of vitamins and minerals for an adult. Therefore, you should only take the Compass capsules on the advice of your doctor or therapist. In case of overdose, please consult your doctor.

If you forget to take your Compass capsule on a day, it’s not a tragedy as long as it doesn’t happen regularly. You can take the Compass capsule again as usual the following day and do not have to make up for the missed daily dose.

Important: If you are also taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablets or the Calcium Chew Chewable Tablets, take them at a different time than your Compass capsule, as calcium inhibits the absorption of iron. You should wait at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablet/Calcium Chew Chewable Tablet and the Compass Capsule so that your body has enough time to properly absorb the iron contained in the Compass capsule.

How should ELAN Compass capsules be stored?

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of small children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

What ingredients are in ELAN Compass capsules?

Vitamins, minerals, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), choline, stabilizer (calcium stearate), colorant (E171, E172). The product is lactose-free and gluten-free and contains no flavors or fragrances. ELAN’s Compass capsules are halal certified.
