What is the recommended dosage and the right time to take ELAN Supreme capsules?

Take 1 Supreme capsule per day, preferably before or during dinner. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free beverage. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. One Supreme capsule exceeds the recommended daily allowance of a number of vitamins and minerals for an adult. Therefore, you should only take the Supreme capsules on the advice of your doctor or therapist. In case of overdose, please consult your doctor.

If you forget to take your Supreme capsule for a day, it’s not a tragedy as long as it doesn’t happen regularly. You can take the Supreme capsule again as usual the following day and do not have to make up for the missed daily dose.

Important: If you are also taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablets or the Calcium Chew Chewable Tablets, take them at a different time than your Supreme Capsule, as calcium inhibits the absorption of iron. You should wait at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital Swallow Tablet/Calcium Chew Chew Tablet and the Supreme Capsule so that your body has enough time to properly absorb the iron contained in the Supreme Capsule.

How should ELAN Supreme capsules be stored?

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of small children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

What ingredients are in ELAN Supreme capsules?

Minerals, vitamins, vegetable capsule (hydropropyl methylcellulose), stabilizer (magnesium salts of fatty acids), choline bitartrate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), colorant (titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide).
